The system is placed under vacuum for at least 30 minutes to remove air and moisture.

We then check that the system can maintain vacuum before proceeding with the recharge.

4. Recharge With the Correct Refrigerant

The system is recharged to the vehicle manufacturer’s specified refrigerant weight.

5. Final Pressure and Temperature Testing

Once the system has been recharged, we run the air conditioning and check operating pressures and vent temperature.
